After Disneyland we rented a car and headed to Newport Beach. Jake was proud about fitting all 3 kids in the back of this sedan, but as we drove he gradually grew more and more grateful for our van.

My uncle lives nearby and brought these boogie boards. Such a blast, and Rachel's really getting the hang of it

Kate turned two on our trip. It was the day we all ended up flying back to Utah so we did a little celebration after the beach.

Oh, that Kate is a cutie! That was a fun day at the beach. I loved watching Kate just run to the ocean with no thought to the waves.
I love that your kids have naturally curly hair. Looks like Katie had a great B-day. Never ending fun at the beach.
I love listening to her sing to herself. One day when I was at your house she was belting out some random song she was making up about babies and I only lasted about 30 seconds before I started laughing so hard she gave me a look that said, "Why are you laughing? This is a serious song here." Such a cutie.
