Grandpa came to visit! We picked him up at the airport in Philadelphia and had to check out the sites. Here we are in Independance Hall. Kate threw her pacifier over the railing and she started wailing. The school group next to us thought it was hilarious. We interrupted the tour guide to get it back because Kate was going crazy.

We went and rode and old fashioned train one day. It was fun to rock back and forth through the fall colors and it felt like we should be on a movie as we hung out in the parlor car.
Grandpa was with us for our fun filled Halloween weekend, our first snow, and escaped unscathed with all the fevers in our house. As always, we had a great time with him here!

That train looks like super fun. Jack would love it. And I love the story about Kate's binkie. Priceless.
