As of yesterday, Tommy is 3 months old. He loves to smile, laugh and win the hearts of all the girls
and today when I was trying to take another picture of tummy time...he rolled over! So, I had him do it again...
my favorite is Rachel calling him a "puppy baby" (I guess in a sense she's right), and how she wants to reward him with money.

Family Fun Night
Tuesday, July 8, 2008
Last week
To start off the week, Rachel and I spent some quality time together making Rice Krispie Treats for Family Home Evening on Monday night. "Marshtapillows" are her favorite treat (a lot like her grandpa) and with the recipe calling for a full bag...our treats may have been a little less marshmallowy than usual. But we sure had fun.
One morning Rachel woke up and first thing she wanted was to go to the "castle." So Jake thought he would oblige (even at 6am!) but didn't know what she was talking about (although he was the first to call this non denominational church the "castle") So they went on a walk, with Rachel leading the way. After walking a mile, both on foot he finally realized what she was talking about and they turned around to get the car.
Dancing with her prince..."so this is love, mmm mmm mmm"
This church may look big in the picture, but it's not...it's HUGE!
We had a great 4th of July. Participated in a neighborhood parade of our friends the Larsons, and went swimming. Rachel took a 4 hour nap (a new record!) and we went to a stake activity, showing up 2 hours late and just in time for the food :) We did fireworks in our neighborhood and Rachel still hates them. Tommy didn't seem to bothered by them though.
Can you feel their excitement? An our belated "cookout" (due to weather)
on our new patio set (thanks mom!)
This is so Jake, don't you think? With only one, small car and something that doesn't fit...he always seems to make it work. I love that guy!
