Introducing Thomas Alexander Herway!
Thomas Alexander Herway has arrived!!! He was born Sunday, April 27 at 8:07am. 7 pounds 8 ounces, 19 inches long (all around smaller than Rachel was). He received a perfect ten Apgar score and has been such a good baby. He hardly cries and eats really well. He is already such a joy. We came home from the hospital today and Rachel was so excited to see baby Tommy. She's already been a really helpful older sister. We think the two of them have a lot of similar features. We're excited for this new adventure with "kidS."

Congratulations! Congratulations! Congratulations! I am so happy for you. He is absolutely beautiful. I feel kind of wierd because we've never actually met. But I just love the Herways so much. Hopefully we can meet someday. Your family is beautiful.
well i love him. and wish i could just stop by to see him. its making me the saddest! but i suppose july will be here soon. hope all is well. he is super super cute!

Oh wow!!! We love our new cousin. Tommy is so handsome. He does look a lot like Rachel did, except I think he has less hair? I don't know, I am not the best at remembering even how my own kids looked. Needless to say you guys are well on your way to being a totally legit, way beautiful family. Mel, you look so happy and relieved. I am so happy for you guys. Congrats, Congrats. I just wish that we could make a little 20 minute drive to see him. I can't hardly wait until July. . .
Congrats Jake, Melanie & Rachel! What a cutie... He looks so much bigger than our little Sophie girl since he is a pound bigger. Glad you guys are doing well and excited to see the little tike.

He's so sweet! I didn't know Rachie whent she was born, but I'll go along with everyone else and say that Tommy looks like Rachel too! :) I can't wait to see him in person!
I just came back to watch the slide show for the tenth time. The kids love watching the pictures. I think Zane has watched at least five times. Tommy really is so cute. Congrats again.
