This is Rachel's dance for her recital which she is sadly going to miss. I think her costume is so cute. Maybe we can utilize it for Halloween or something. She usually doesn't miss a step in this little dance of hers. She usually watches her teacher carefully and smiles the whole time. Too bad she was distracted today. Still cute though.
We're headed out this afternoon for our long anticipated Disney Cruise to the Carribean. We'll be going will my whole family. We're really excited...to say the least.

Not much
That is the reply that I have been giving lately for the question, "So what have you been up to?" Not much. Just the day to day routine, doctor/dentist/hair appointments, school, church service. So, no exciting stories to tell, but here are some random pictures from the last couple of weeks.
Tommy woke up from an afternoon nap one day with this cool do. His hair is getting a little bit curly and I think it's pretty cute. These two kids are doing a little bit more together, which is a lot of fun. But, it also means more fighting...not fun!
This is Eddy Merckx. For those who may be unfamiliar, he is the Lance Armstrong of the 70's. He won the Tour de France 5 times. He came to Charlotte and Jake was pretty excited to parlez vous francais about their home of Belgium. And here's my Mother's Day gift...
I had a wonderful day. Rachel sang "Mother I Love You", Jake gave a fabulous talk on mothers at church, and he made me a delicious "gourmet" dinner.
And last but not least, here is a cute little video of Tommy who loves to get down...
I know we haven't done much, but I'm still exhausted and I'm really ready for vacation. 7 more days.
